E&S International Enterprises, Inc. ("E&S," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and online store, including all related pages, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Some products and branding made available through the Services are offered under license from Pioneer. E&S, and not Pioneer, operates the Services and is responsible for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Services. The fact that Pioneer-branded products are offered through the Services does not mean that your personal information is disclosed to Pioneer through your use of the Services.

 

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase, create an account, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

We use Shopify to host and support the Services.

b. Payment processors

c. Shipping, fulfillment, and logistics providers

We disclose information needed to ship orders, deliver products, process returns, and provide related services.

d. Technology, hosting, security, and support providers

We may disclose personal information to vendors that help us operate, secure, maintain, and support the Services.

We do not disclose personal information to Pioneer merely because the Services use Pioneer branding under license.

This Section 12 applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.  If you are a resident of another state and would like to submit a privacy-related request, you may contact us using the information below. We will review your request and respond as appropriate based on applicable law and our then-current privacy practices.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:
