1. Scope and Eligibility
This Site is intended solely for customers located in the contiguous United States (48 states) and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories
International addresses
PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. Brand and Operator Disclosure
E&S operates this Site and is solely responsible for all ecommerce transactions, product sales, fulfillment, warranties, and customer support provided through this Site.
Pioneer and the Pioneer logo are registered trademarks of Pioneer Corporation, and are used under license.
Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting any ownership rights in Pioneer trademarks or intellectual property.
3. Description of the Service
The Site provides online retail sales of Pioneer-branded audio products, related accessories, product information, and customer support services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are offered solely to customers located in the contiguous United States (48 states) and Washington, D.C.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when:
Payment authorization is successfully received; and
The order is shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for lawful reasons.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.
Payment must be successfully authorized prior to shipment.
6. Shipping; Risk of Loss
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns (30-Day Money-Back Policy)
We offer a 30-day money-back refund policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify:
The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be in their original condition with all accessories included.
Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deny refunds that do not meet these conditions, especially if the returned items are physically damaged.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

8. Limited Warranty
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, products include a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.

Arbitration shall take place in California unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Except where arbitration applies, any permitted legal action shall be brought in California courts.
