Shipping Policy
At E&S, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines, and eligibility.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) and Washington, D.C. only.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, unless otherwise noted.
- Certain items, promotions, or special circumstances may be excluded from free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next available business day.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically shipped via USPS or other major carriers.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has shipped.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package and view the most up-to-date delivery information.
Additional Information
- Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item availability.
- E&S is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a shipment is in transit.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
