Refund Policy for our Shopify Store

Return Window: We offer a return window of 30 days from the date of purchase for all eligible items. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

Final Sale Items: Certain items are marked as "Final Sale," indicating that they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase. Final sale items are exempt from our refund policy.
Return Process: If you wish to initiate a return within the 30-day return window, please follow these steps:

- Return Approval: After reviewing your request, our Customer Support team will provide you with further instructions and determine if the item is eligible for return.
- Packaging the Return: If your return request is approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents that came with it.
- Purchase Return Shipping Label: Please note that the cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer. You must purchase and affix the return shipping label to the package.
- Insured Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for the return. we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete the return process and issue a refund.
Refund Information: For eligible returned items, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. The refund will only cover the cost of the item(s) returned.
